Meet Tracy...

Tracy Allsopp-Smith has been involved in the fitness industry for twenty years. She has worked as a personal trainer for Les Mills and now runs a successful business privately. Together with her husband Michael, she has competed in bodybuilding nationally and internationally.

 
Tracy has amassed an impressive amount of regional and national titles culminating in a second placing at the World NABBA Bodybuilding Champs in Sparta, Greece in July 2007. Tracy is also a qualified chef and part time fitness model. She constantly puts herself out of her comfort zone and has travelled extensively. She is high energy and very motivated. Her personal motto is 'life is short, pack it in' and she is very excited to be designing and promoting Fresh to Go's new low fat salad range Lite n' Lean.
