Received salads on a Monday...lettuce leaves were wilted. Avocado had to be thrown out - rotten. Sent feedback and never heard back. Wasn't expecting a refund, just a reply would've been nice. Would've continued but since I hadn't heard from anyone, decided to flag the service.

Hi Sose, we had replied to your email as soon as we received your complaint. We offered salads to replace the ones you had received but we didn't hear back from you. In fact we emailed you again after seeing your testimonial but again no reply.

Salads from "Fresh To Go" for our Xmas lunch went down a treat and I would highly recommend you use them when you have a large party/group to cater for. Takes away the all the preparation and guess work in how much to prepare. Will definitely use them again in the future.
